Our recent three-day stay at the Courtyard Marriott in Yonkers was nothing short of delightful. The front desk staff greeted us with warmth and efficiency, setting the tone for a stay marked by exceptional service. The hotel staff's attention to detail ensured our accommodations were spotless and inviting. Each day was a new opportunity to appreciate the friendliness, ambiance, and comfort that seemed to be the cornerstone of our experience. Ryan Shañ the manager and Elizabeth definitely helped me out …this my third time staying here in a couple of weeks and every time I stay it’s been nothing but a home away from my home….I LOVE IT HERE….i will be returning…the rooms they provide are very comfortable and the food is immaculate…everything is perfect

It could bec4.5 my room was good, clean, spacious. Nice front desk, but I had the bad luck of very noisy neighbors. The front desk sent security, but they continued to party until 4 am. I had an early checkbout. A real pity. Otherwise, good hote

Surprised in a not good way

Surprised and disappointed by this visit having stayed here before. Lone receptionist was watching a baby while tending the desk. Thermostat didn’t work and howling wind could be heard outside. The bed was uncomfortably hard. Even the privacy sign was missing. Not sure what happened….

Suite was nice but pull out sofa was twin sized and sheets supplied were not fitted .. very uncomfortable. First night before leaving for dinner told the woman at the front desk that our toilet had a 'running' noise and as we knew what the issue was requested someone replace the flapper. Obviously it was not replaced and we had the noise throughout the night. It was finally repaired 24 hours after it was reported! I sat on a broken hi top chair - did not see wire sticking out until it went thru my jeans!! A manager came over took the chair away and apologized Although our hotel had two computers and printers - printers did not work - the desk clerk said they were aware they did not work (though no sign is posted) so I went through the entire check in process up to 'print' before I discovered the printer did no work. Our desk clerk said they have been sending guests to Residence Inn - located across the parking lot to use their printer. Walked over to the Residence Inn and their desk clerk pointed us to their computer and printer. Again I went thru the entire check in process clicked print and the printer had no toner so basically a faint un readable copy of my boarding pass came out! Telling the desk clerk about this was useless...he said they do not have any toner so he could not help us. When I went back to Courtyard I asked to talked to a manager but I was told there was none until tomorrow. This is not what I expect from Marriott ! Bad enough that there was no working printer - one lacking toner - and no toner replacement...it was worse that NO ONE cared. Checking out on September 29th - I received a 'print out' of by bill. Stayed at this Marriott before (last year)...no issues. Our stay this year was for 3 nights and VERY disappointing...As there are several other non-Marriott places to stay in this area - I will stay someplace other than a Marriott on future visits.
